Great kettle, shame about the customer service
I bought a kettle to replace an old one which had broken. Same model, which is great. The problem is with customer service. The item came in a box which has a special offer, so I went to the RH website to claim my discounted descaler - only to find that descaler does not appear on their site at all.
So I sent a message via a web form, then I got a reply from a different company (Universal Products) asking for more info. When I contacted them by webchat, as suggested, they referred me back to the RH customer services site. This morning, the RH site is not even offering the form to get in touch, just a phone number. I have already wasted so much time on this, I certainly shall not be ringing them.

Faulty goods
Bought a Russell Hobbs Microwave which is faulty.
So called customer service state "nothing to do with them" suggest return it to the retailor.
How can they jusy walk away from supplying faulty ELECTICAL goods?
